FB Campaign Launch Checklist

FB Ads Campaigns

Before launching any campaign the following must be checked. For each account / campaign launched, go to file > make a copy above and save into the associated client folder. The document should then be attached to the task in asana for that campaign.

Landing page

  • pixel installed / correct event on destination url**Section
  • Additional lead events are added to landing pages that use Facebook side conversions. (ie video playthru should still have a lead on the landing page)
  • Test all site side events for landing pages. (In events manager -> Test events)

Mailchimp Integrations

  • Confirm that any mailchimp integrations are properly setup.**Section

Business/Events Manager

  • correct pixel used in ad **Section
  • correct page / IG account used in ad
  • Correct audience - >Target expansion settings confirmed
  • correct budget / dates if timed
  • campaign: correct objective
  • Ad: optimizing for correct conversion
  • Ad: correct formats
  • Correct placements / devices
  • landing page checked on mobile
  • clear naming protocol
  • Ad links shared to account manager / client for signoff
