Onboard the Client

Send a welcome email to the client with a note that we are happy to have them as a client.
Sample email: Hi #Firstname, We're so glad to have you as a client and we're looking forward to working on your project. You'll expect to hear from us in the next 24 hours so we can go over the list of items we need from you. I’d also like to schedule a call with you, to discuss the project specification. Could you respond to this email with a time that works best for you?

Set an appointment with the client, with the goal of

introducing the team who will be working with them

Get the onboarding documents (NDA, Contract, etc)

Set Project timeline and specification

Once all the documents have been sent, send an email to the client acknowledging the receipt of their documents.
Onboard the client on DT internal System
- Duplicate the *** template in Asana that contains the onboarding process.
- Create a client folder in the client google drive. Simply duplicate this client template folder.
- Update the client’s status and tags on the Client Masterlist Tracker and the CRM
- Duplicate the Asana templates for the client based on the services they acquired. ( Divi Proj Template, Branding, and Design, Social Media Marketing) Name it after the clients’ company name.
- Create a Clinked Profile for the client.
- Complete all the tasks in the onboarding part of the template.
- Make sure to consolidate and save all the documents sent by the client.
- Proceed with project delivery after all the documents in Onboarding are complete.
Note: Give the client 3-5 days to complete all the onboarding documents.
